Main – Partner WOD

Tabata Warm Up (No Measure)

4 rounds of:
Air Squats
Plank Up Downs
Hollow Rockers
Superman Arch Ups

Metcon (Time)

Teams of 4. You will have 4 stations.

Station 1: Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
Station 2: Max Slam Balls
Station 3: Max Sit Ups
Station 4: 400m Run

When the runner comes back, your team will rotate, and continue adding up the totals for each station.
You will finish with total reps for your team and time for your workout
