Warm-up

6mins, every 30 sec switch between:

Jumping Jacks

Walking Lunges

Pushups

Plank Hold

Strength

CrossFit Total: 3×1 Back Squat, 3×1 Shoulder Press, 3×1 Deadlift

*REC. PERFORMING EACH LIFT AS 5-5-3-3-1-1-1

If you get heavy too fast stop at max. (start light to avoid) You do not have to complete all 3 sets of one if you have reached your max early.

Novice lifters work on technique/light working to 3 RM
