15 Min for As Many Meters as Possible:
6 Back Squat (155/105)
8 Knees to Elbows
10 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)
One partner will start on the rower. Other partner will do 6 back squats, 8 knees to elbows, and 10 plate ground to overhead. After they complete that, they are then eligible to switch with the partner on the rower. Partners can switch whenever they want, but only after the other partner has completed 6, 8, or10. Get as many meters as you can as a team!
