75 Alternating Box Jumps

75 Empty Bar Push Press

75 Double Unders

75 Alternating Burpees

75 Med Ball Sit Ups

75 Pull Ups, Partners Assist as required

One person works at a time unless it says alternating. Movements can be done in any order. Break up work however you want.
