Warm-up

You will need Lacross ball, PVC, and Foam Roller spend 2 min each start by rolling out Feet w/lacross ball Calf stretch

Foam roller quick movements to wake everything up must be up on arms to activate shoulders Glute activation (bridge)

PVC Pass through and wrap arounds.

Strength

Strength rotate between movements

Dead lift 5×3 70-80%

5×3 Bench Press 80%

5X3 Push Press 70-80%

Deadlift (5×3 at 70-80%)

Bench Press (5×3 at 80%)

Push Press (5×3 at 70-80%)

WOD

WOD GOT CORE?

Death by V-ups each minutes perform the corresponding number of v-ups minutes 1 = 1

minutes 2 = 2 ETC….

Death by V-ups (AMRAP – Reps)
