Barbell 5 SP, 5 PP, 5 PJ

10 Barbell Back Squats

Strength

Every 2 minutes perform

2 sets Shoulder Combo

2 Shoulder press, 2 Push press, 2 Push jerk

Start at 50% of shoulder press add 5-20lbs IWES

5 sets for a total of 10 minutes

Then Max Box Jump (5 attempts)

Max Height Box Jump (Distance)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM 5 minutes

5 Power cleans 95/65

5 Thrusters 95/65

2 minute rest between WODS
