20m samson stretch

20m inch warms

20 leg swings

10 per leg 10 punters

Strength

Dead Lifts warm up first starting with 50% 5 reps

In crease weight 10% drop to 3 reps

Then working set Dead Lifts 5×2 at 80-90%

Deadlift (5×2)

80-90%
