Med Ball 200m run

2 Rounds

5 Situp to wall ball

5 BB Step ups

5 BB floor press

Strength and Conditioning

Rotate between movements

Weighted Step-ups (5×10 5R/5L)

12″ or 20″ box step-ups with barbell in the back rack position (Start w/just the bar to warm up add 5-10lbs per set.

Back Squat (3×5 at 70%)

start warming up w/bar then 30-40-50-60-70%

Weighted Bridge (3×5)

with barbell

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Wall Balls
Perform 1 Wall Ball the first minute then minute 2, perform 2 wall balls minute 3, 3 wall balls…etc… until unable to complete reps in time frame 20/14
