Strength

With a Running Clock for 16 min

Shoulder Combo every 2 minutes with additional 1 min rest (Pick weight start at 40% of Strict Press you will add 10-20 lbs every set for a total of 5 sets. Weight only goes up after set is complete set includes 2 SP, 2 PP, 2 PJ)
