Warm-up

3-5 minutes foam

2x50m Sled pull

Strength

Rotate between movements (RBM)

Candle sticks (5×10 5R/5L)

From standing position roll to the ground bringing feet straight up in the air then aggressively setup to a squat and back to standing position.
Pistol version

Bench Press (5×3 )

All sets at 80% of 3 rep max

(Do 2 sets of warm up before you put your working weight on the bar)

Wall Walks (5×2)

Metcon

Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups
