Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to warm-up

Muscle Snatch (5 singles HVY)

Work up to 5 HVY singles (7-10 minutes) no more then 2 minute rest between lifts

Drop Snatch (5×2)

Start from light to moderate weight.

Work on speed under the bar! As fast as possible

Clean Combo (5 x (1+2+1)=1 rep)

Clean High Pull

Power Clean

Front Squat
70-80%

5 sets

1 CHP

2 PC

1 FS

Push Jerk (7×2)

Work up to 80%

8 minute abs
