From standing position roll to the ground bringing feet straight up in the air then aggressively setup to a squat and back to standing position.

With 30 minutes remaining in class you will first perform max unbroken air squats (With perfect form, full extension/full depth). Once you break form or stop that is your score.

Then go into max unbroken push ups. (With perfect form full lock out and chest must touch the ground every rep). Once you break form or stop that is your score.

Then go into max unbroken sit-ups with/or without ab-mat. (with perfect form. The shoulders must touch the ground every rep and must pass the hip crease when in upright position). Once you break form or stop that is your score.
