Warm-up

Athletes should arive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to warm up.

Block Snatch (3×3 )

Snatch off the block(boxes)
Start with the bar performing 1-2 reps work your way up to a working set 60-70% of snatch then perform all 3 sets at that weight

Drop Snatch (5×2)

Start with the bar IWESet

Hang Power Clean (7×2)

Work up to 80-90%

30-40-50-60-70-80-90%

Back Squat (3×5)

You choose weight

8 minute abs
