10 Floor press

Strength

Deadlift (5×2)

80-90%

50-60-70-80-90

Bench Press (5×10)

Start with the bar add 5-20 lbs until you NO longer can perform 10 reps.

Bent Over Row (5×5)

75/55 all 5 reps at same weight

Metcon

12 minute EMOM
Even minute 6 Deadlifts at 75% of your 5 reps max

Odd minute 8 Bar facing burpees

Cool Down

200m med ball run

Mobility

PVC foot message- Roll out feet 2 minutes per foot
