CrossFit Fixx – Barbell Club

Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to warm up.

Strength

Muscle Snatch (5×2 )

80-90% of 3 rep max

Pressing Snatch Balance (5×3 )

Work to find 3 rep max

Hang Clean Combo (5X 1+1+1)

1 Hang Power Clean+

1 Hang Clean+

1 Jerk
Athelete will perform 1 HPC then 1 HC and 1 Jerk. NOTE: This should be fast 3 resps (If you have to rest between movements its to heavy. The rest is between sets NOT reps.

Overhead Squat (5×5 )

60-70% of 5 rep Max

8 minute abs
