300 Box jumps 24/20

300 Bar Bell Thrusters 45/35

300 Ball Slams 20/15

300 Swings 35/26

300 TTB

Partner A will Run 200 meters while Partner B Hold a Deadlift at the TOP

Deadlift weight 135/95 while Partner C chips away at the work. Athletes will rotate when the athlete returns from the run.

NOTE: If Athlete is unable to hold the Deadlift for the entire length of time that the partner is on the run then the athlete must switch with the working partner.
