Warm-up

200 m partner alternating lunges

Partner Fatal 40 (Time)

40 Shoulder to OH 95/65

40 Deadlifts 95/65

40 Push ups

40 Box jumps 95/65

40 KB Swings 35/26

40 Toe-to-Bar

40 Air squats

40 Hang snatches 95/65

40 Double unders

40 Situps

40 Burpees

400m Partner Run Before and after 80 reps are complete and end with 400m run.
In teams of two you will complete in order.

Athletes will start with the run and end with the run.

You can break the reps any way you choose. But only one athlete can work at a time.
