Warm-up

800m Indian run

In Teams of 4
100 Cal row

80 Med Ball sit ups

60 Burpees Over Box

40 Med Ball Over Bar

20 Pull ups together

10 rope climbs

Cash OUT 200m relay run

Only one rower per team. One Med Ball per team. Each exercise must be completed before moving to the next exercise. Med Ball sit ups and MB over Bar two partners will work together while the other two rest.

For the cash out all team mates must run 200m.
