Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to warm-up

Muscle Snatch (5×5)

moderate weight

Snatch (4×2)

75% of 1 rep max ALL sets at the same weight

Clean and Jerk (4×2)

75% of 1 rep max All sets at the same weight

Push Press (3×5)

Off the rack moderate to moderate hvy

8 minute abs
