Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to calss to warm up.

Strength

Block Snatch Combo (5×2 at 80%)

Athlete will complete

1 snatch high pull

1 power snatch

1 snatch
Athlete will warm up with 50% increasing up to 80%

Clean (7×2 moderate weight)

all 7 sets at the same weight “Consistancy is key”

Split Jerk (5×2 at 80%)

OFF the rack

8 minute abs
