:15 seconds CU hold (Chin over bar)

2 Burpees

:30 seconds Handstand hold

5 Light KB Swings

Strength

Over Head Lunges (5×5)

With Barbell in Over Head position athlete will perform a lunge. (1 rep includes right and left leg)
Athlete is establishing a 5 rep max

Bench Press (5×5)

80% of 5 rep max

NOTE: If athlete is feeling strong find a new 5 rep max.

Weighted Chin-ups (5×3)
