Hang in there Partner (Weight)

EMOM with Partner for 20 minutes

Partner A

5 Thrusters 95/65

5 Burpees

Partner B

Hang from Pullup bar

Athletes will switch at the top of EMOM. Once the working partner has completed the 5 thrusters and 5 Burpees both athletes can rest for the remaining of that minute.
