10 Box step ups

5 Ring rows

Mobility (Shoulder rotations)

Strength

Overhead Squat (3×3)

at 75% of 3 rep max all 3 sets at the same weight

Weighted Step-ups (3×10 (5R/5L))

12″ Box with barbell in back rack position men 75/55 you may add 5-20lbs each set if you have perfect form

Ring Rows (3×5)

If Possible elevate legs on a box and add weight. Make notes in comments
