Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to properly warm-up

Strength

Block Snatch (7×2)

Snatch off the block(boxes)
Start at 40% adding weight each time.

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×2)

Heavy for today 80-90%

Clean Pull (5×3)

Heavy 100-120% of clean (Target leg Drive)

Split Jerk (7×1)

Start at 40% EMOM for 7 minutes

8 minute abs
