5 Ball Slams

Strength

Push Press (5×5)

Athlete will work at 70% of 5 rep max. All 5 reps at the same weight

Turkish Get Up (5×1 (1R/1L))

IWES

Ring Dips (5×5)

Note: add weight if possible.

Scale to box dips or bench dips

Burpee Ladder (Time)

Athlete will perform Burpee/Ball slam Ladder
