Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to warm-up

Drop Snatch (5×2)

Start from light to moderate weight.

Work on speed under the bar! As fast as possible

Snatch (5 x 1)

Start at 60% if it feels good add weight until you find a heavy single for the day

Clean Combo (5 x (1+2+1)=1 rep)

Clean High Pull

Power Clean

Front Squat
70-80%

5 sets

1 CHP

2 PC

1 FS

8 minute abs

Push Jerk (7×2)

On a timer athlete will perform 2 Push jerks EMOM for 7 minutes. Start at 50% working up to 80-90%
