50 Ring Rows

100 Med Ball Thrusters

50 Push ups

50 air squats

100 Walking Lunges

30 burpees

Cash out 1 mile run together

Athletes will work together to complete work. This is a chipper. Each movement must be complete before you move on to the next movement. Both athletes may not work at the same time( ONLY ONE Partner works at a time). Break it up any way you would like
