10 Squats -> 30 sec chin over bar

10 Push ups -> jog 100m sprint back

10 Tuck jumps -> 45 sec handstand hold

10 Toes through rings -> 3 broad jump

Strength

Shoulder Press (3 x 5)

Back Squat (3 x 5)
