In Teams of Two with one person working at a time, accumulate:

50 Burpees

100 Calorie Row

150 Jumping pullups

200 Air Squats

250 Flutter Kicks

Accumulate reps any way you want. You go, I go. Or in reps of 5, 10, 20.

You must complete all of the reps for one movement before moving on to the next one.

One person works at a time.
