Warm-up

200m light jog

10 PVC Pass through

10 PVC Wrap arounds

5 Barbell shoulder press

5 Barbell thrusters

Strength

Rotate between movements. Athlete with have 6 minutes to find 85% of shoulder press and deadlift. All sets performed at the same weight.

Scale weight so that you can get all 12 reps in each minute.
