Max set of Unbroken Double-Unders
10 minutes DU or working to get DU If you have DU max unbroken.

Metcon

Athletes will perform 3 mini WODs with 2 minutes rest between WODs

4 minute BPU/KTE AMRAP (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Burpee Pullups

5 Knees to Elbows

4 minute JBMU/PU AMRAP (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Jumping Bar Muscle ups

5 Pushups

4 minute TTB/SJ AMRAP (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Toes to Bar

5 Squat jumps
