Back Squat (5×2)

85% of 1 rep max

Good Mornings ( 5×5)

75/55 athlete can add 5-10lbs each set if perfect form.

Push-ups (5×5)

Death by V-ups (AMRAP – Reps)

Death by V-ups each minutes perform the corresponding number of v-ups minutes 1 = 1 minutes 2 = 2 ETC….
