Athletes will have 45 minutes to work on lifts.

Athlete can do 1 clean pull at 100-125% of Clean
Clean and Jerk (5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1)
Athlete has choice to work on technique, working at 50-60%
or find there 1 rep max
