CrossFit Fixx – Barbell Club

Warm-up

Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to warm up.

Strength

Athletes will have 45 minutes to work on lifts.

Clean Pull (1×1)

Athlete can do 1 clean pull at 100-125% of Clean

Clean and Jerk (5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1)

Athlete has choice to work on technique, working at 50-60%

or find there 1 rep max

8 minute abs
