Proper Bulgarian Split Squat

Strength

Rotate between movements

Bulgarian Split Squat (5X6 (3 per side))

Athlete will set up with bench. The athlete will place one foot on the bench and then perform a squat. The athlete may begin to add weight by placing a Barbell in the back rack position.
Athlete may add weight with perfect form

Weighted Chin-ups (5×3)

Find a new 3 rep max

GHD Situps (5×10)

For time (As fast as possible with good form)

200m Walking Lunges

RX+ Barbell 45/35

NOTE: RX+ The barbell can not be put down.
