3 minutes Foam Roll

2 Rounds

:30 seconds Banded High Knees

:30 Seconds Banded Butt Kickers

Athletes will have an additional Warm-up following the RUN

Strength and Conditioning

Max Effort 800m Run

Barbell Warm-up 7 minutes

Althetes should start with the empty bar

3 Clean and Push jerks

3 Cleans and jerks

Then add 10-20lbs to the bar perform 1-2 reps until you reach the weight you are choosing for the WOD
