20 Swansons 10R/10L Side to side and front to back

20m punters

20m calf stretch

2x 50m Sled push

Strength and Conditioning

Athletes will have 25 minutes for strength

Farmer’s Carry (4 x 200m)


KB American Swings (4×20)

With one Pood athlete will perform an american swings
Athlete may increase weight each set (IWES) of 20 reps

KB Bottoms Up Lunges (4×2 1R/1L)

With a KB in one hand, holding the handle so that the bell is facing up you will alternate lunge

Skill Review

Single Arm DB Squats

DB Snatch+ OHS

Athletes will use a light DB to practice 2 sets of 10 5R/5L


10 minute EMOM (Weight)

EMOM for 10 minutes

10 SA alternating snatch w/OHS 35/25

Rx+ 50/35

Cool Down

200m light jog
