This warm up should take 10-15 minutes total time

Snatch (7×1)

With 14 minutes in the clock every 2 minutes starting at 30% adding weight each rep.

Clean (7×1)

With 14 minutes on the clock every 2 minutes starting at 30% adding weight each rep.

Split Jerk (4×4)
