Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Very high volume, low load with all basic gymnastics movements.

Shoot for 3-5 minutes per round! Looking for sound mechanics and good form through all 5 rounds. Scale reps to stay around 5 mins per round!

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

2 RFQ (rounds for quality)

20 jumping jacks

20 plank to pike

20 bicycle cross crunches

20 alternating lunges

then…

2 RFQ

10 jumping or strict pull-ups

10 push-up or knee push-up

10 sit-up or knee tuck

10 squat (use med ball to reach depth if needed)

WOD

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
