Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Moderate volume, moderate-light loading. Shoot for all 10 rounds of BB movements unbroken. Try to hit 1:25-1:35 worth of work per round.

“Slow is smooth, smooth is fast” mentality should be taken here. Try to move cleanly, efficiently, and under control.

8 air squats (:02 descent, :02 hold, fast up)

10 low box jumps (step down each time)

12 scap push-ups (control through upper back and solid plank)
