Moderate loading, moderate volume weightlifting. The demand on your conditioning comes into play with the multiple rounds and time under tension.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

3 RFQ

8 Kang squats (good morning-squat-good morning-starting position)

6 reps each arm, 1/2 kneeling DB press

:20 side plank each side

150m row or bike (increase effort each round)

2RFQ w/barbell

8 reps each:

deadlift

hang muscle clean

front squat

push press

-rest :20-

WOD

DT (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#

9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#

6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
