Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Going heavy! Scale to maintain good positions.

We will work on technique in the warm-up, the WOD for today is for speed.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

200m run w/light med ball tosses to partner

10 wall ball tosses w/partner back & forth

10 sit-up tosses w/ partner

Then 2 rounds…

Partner A 20 toe touches to the med ball

Partner B 7 leg swings right/ 7 left

-Quick rest-

4 min AMRAP:

15 single unders/ 5 good mornings

2min AMRAP:

15 double unders/ 3 burpees

3 cycles w/barbell of

5 deadlifts/ 5 bent over rows/ 5 good mornings
