Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Pull and grip fatigue, moderate volume and low load. 15-20 mins on the WOD is the goal, with rounds close to or under 5:00 each. Scale the distance on the run to a distance that can be finished within 2:00 each round.

Warm-up

5:00 Line Drills -20m each:

then w/ single moderate DB….

3 rounds of complex on each side:

1 rep DB DL

” clean

” press

” hang snatch

” snatch

10 C2B Pull-ups
