Warm-up (No Measure)
Ring-Around-The-Burpee (3-4 mins)
10 wrap arounds-pass throughs-overhead squats
10 behind the neck (BTN) press-BTN push press-BTN push jerk
10 Wide grip upright row-scarecrow snatch-hang muscle snatch
then grab a Barbell and all together….
7 pressing snatch balance
7 drop snatch
7 heaving snatch balance
7 snatch balance
7 hang power snatch
