Today’s Goals & Stimulus
Strength – BB shoulder press will be relatively light because 1) tempo :04 down, :01 up. 2) no hips or legs allowed. 3) It’s for 5 reps!
WOD – Run and push jerks should take no more than 1:30-1:45/round. Load should be something heavy, but unbroken for 5 R arm, quick rest, then 5 L arm.
Warm-up (No Measure)
2 rounds, 5 station rotation…1 min each:
sit up (round 2-do v-ups)
DB shoulder press R arm L arm (round 2 -jerk)
Mtn Climbers (round 2 -burpees)
Shoulder Press (5 x 5 Strict Press @ (:04 down, :01 up))
