Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Our first part is intended for quality, no rush on anything but instead; focused practice and intentional movement.

Workout is moderate time with moderate load and reps.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

30 second interval stations:

-moderate pace bike

-alternating 5 KB deadlift/ 5 swing

-inch worms w/push-ups

-moderate pace bike

-strict or push press w/light KB

-kipping swings

-sprint pace bike!

Shoe TGU practice

Skill Work

3 SETS (For Quality)

2/2 Turkish Get Up

:20 Top of Ring Row Hold

:20 Hollow Hold

-rest 2 minutes between sets-

Turkish Get Up (3 x 2 (2R2L))

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Deadlift (155/105)

9 Hand Release Push-ups

6 Bar Muscle Up
