Murph is one of the most well known and iconic workouts in our community.

On Memorial Day, we honor Murph and ALL of our service men and women….past and present for their amazing sacrifices and service. Thank you vets and heroes!

Long grind, very high volume. Let’s do this.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

200m group run

2 rounds of..

10 air squats

8 push-ups

6 pull-ups

Round 1 perform as a group.

Find your scale in round 2.

WOD

Murph (Time)

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats

1-Mile Run

If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
