Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Heavy pull/hinge in sumo stance, 5×3 with :03 tempo in descent should still allow for loading to push fairly high while maintaining sound mechanics.

1:30/:30 work/rest goal within E2MOM..goal should be smooth and U/B on all 3 movements.
