Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Skill session-low volume, short duration, low to moderate loading depending on movement and ability to demonstrate safe points of performance (POP) and controlled movement.

Workout consists of light loading, short duration, high volume relative to individual capacities.

Warm-up

Team 1000m row, alternate every 200-250!

40 mountain climbers

30 step ups

20 shoulder taps in pushup position

10 inchworms w/ push up
