Today’s Goals & Stimulus

The push of the jerk and the pull of the devil’s press compliment each other well.

Decreasing reps and increased load will help develop awareness to drop back under the bar.

AMRAP is simple, yet deceiving, but will allow for consistent movement for 9 minutes.

Warm-up (No Measure)

In teams of 2:

7 minute AMRAP

Partner A 150m row while

Partner B 5 step ups/5 reverse lunges/5 MB ground to overhead

rest as needed

2 rounds for time:

7 broad jumps

7 BB shoulder press

7 “double push-up” burpees
