Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

6 minute partner AMRAP

Partner 1: 8 DB deadlifts + 8 DB presses + 8 DB ground to overheads

Partner 2: Shuttle run (down and back 2x @10m) + dynamic stretches of choice

Switch when Partner 1 finishes

Then go into: “you go I go”

20 light DB burpees (5 at a time)

20 kip swings (5 at a time)
